    SPROUTING TECHNIQUES
  • Seeds should be washed thoroughly then soak it in clean water
  • Soak the seeds 8 to 12 hours based on its size and variety.
  • Next morning rinse the seeds and drain it well,store in air tight container or wrap tightly in a cotton cloth 1 or 2 days for sprouting.
  • Once seeds sprouts, should de stored in refrigerator.
